I have to admit, the concept is a good one. And this is basically more playable then Omega Hitler.

But here are my problems with it.

-His animations are off to say the least, it has some frames missing and not so well drawn for some sprites.

-If you Air Dash and you get hit, he can stand on air.

-He can attack before the round starts.

-One of his hypers where he grabs the opponent mid-air, after the grab and before the stomping he pauses a bit too long. I looked in anim 3054 and his 14th frame is too long, I suggest to make it from 60 ticks to 5 to speed it up. And after the final stomp, the opponent should probably be thrown away from Hitler instead of sliding into him.

-He has very little sound except his voice clips and the hit sounds.

Those are my gripes about the character. Hope you can fix these.
