Changing jump heights

Hey. I'm trying to make my characters stop jumping at unrealistic jump heights. I've succesfully modified the jump.neu number to give them more of a hop than a jump, and I've also changed airjump.num to 0. But there is another setting somewhere that I cannot work out, as there is still some high jumping going on occasionally. Does anyone know what this might be?

1. Enable mugen debug mode
2. Perform the high jump and take note of the state number of the high jump
3. Look for the high jump state in the code
4. Look for a velset or veladd sctrl and change the Y velocity

You should also read through the commands/cns file for "SJump" and "SuperJump" or anything along those lines.
Some characters will launch after P2 from a basic attack by holding up.
I usually use state 7200 for my super jump so it wont be considered a normal jump.
