It says something about "every time I went to the Pit" or something like that, its very likely Ra's talking about the Pit of Lazarus.

Well, unless Talia started smoking 20 packs a day, Ra's is the only person, with a deep voice, that willingly returns to the pit numerous times.

The wording certainly did not seem to indicate the pit's creator.

I dont see whats wrong with it at all really, plus the angle is pretty bad so you cant even see the fine details all that much.

She looks fine to me

She has no chin, which makes her face look weird. The nose and lips feel out of place.
She also seem to have an overly long neck.
