This is the sprite sheet of Dr. Robotnik from my KOF 20xx project for UFGE for anyone to use.

The only reason I made him is for the Pingas meme which is either the funniest or most annoying meme to come along. Either way, he yells Pingas like Sagat yells Tiger. After seeing the similarities in the characters, I thought the edit from Cheng Sinzan from Real Bout Fatal Fury would work. I went for the old design of Robotnik from the early Sonic games, although I use a lot of voices from the old Sonic cartoon (quote mining can be a tedious, but rewarding task at times). It didn't turn out exactly how I thought it would, but I thought it came out well for what I wanted.

When I planned the moves for him, I got some ideas from some videos floating around of the Sonic the Fighters game, mostly at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArRXOkVope0 .

I know it's not as good as other edits out there, but I'm releasing them in case anyone wants to use them.
