Ok it's only preview, I'm scared to see how this game will resist to other new generation games...

the models aren't as low poly as i initially thought, but it still looks off. lacks a soul. sf5 and ggxrd have a style, this just looks bland. the faces in the background don't give me a lot of hope either

I don't expect the models to look the best at this point I'm just glad we're getting another installment. As long as the game plays good the models don't have to be very good.

Though I also know that's not a good way to look at it from a selling POV because most people won't have the same mentality so it won't sell with bad renders. :(
Seems there is no way for KOF to get out of this curse.

My bigger gripe is the artstyle. I know they're supposed to be Asian rock stars and whatnot but goodness there is no sense of style to their proportions. Previous styles gave them mass in the right places, here they just look like third-rate weightless punks with powers. Bland as shit.

Tbh outside of Xrd (no they shouldn't have aped Xrd's style), no game has impressed me visually, so this being underwhelming doesn't surprise me. But they could've at least made the characters more "lively." Maybe other characters will look better, idk.

Even with all that said, I'm still interested in seeing more because, it's KoF. And hey, gameplay's more important anyway.

I went to every Gaming site and the same thing all the same thing Graphics Graphics Graphics even I think the visuals look like a Dreamcast game. Presentation is important but I am glad on of my favorite fighting franchises ever is back. I would like it to be a dream match to to not worry about story to keep the 3 on 3 team format. Also add all the fighters in the Ash Saga with new characters.
