A little while ago I was asked to adapt my work on Dr. Wily to WinMUGEN, and this followed by me telling I'm not in the mood of doing it as he would lose some stuff in the result. Wow, this character looks great! Love the custom sprites and his unique moveset. I guess my only gripe is with the usage of the 8-bit Robot Master sprites. Maybe swap em with the ones from Power Battle/Fighters? Even tho they aren't MVC-styled, they're more appropriate with the CPS2-styled graphics Wily has.

(click to see content)At first I was planning to make entirely new sprites for the regular assists, but due to the huge length increase the idea was causing to the project, I opted to change it's concept to something more feasible.And instead of looking for the games with a similar graphic style, I chose to go a full different route and made the assists as "illusion/holographic" robots that are a straight nod to the 8-bit era.So nah, now I don't really feel like replacing them. I would have to change the move entirely too, since none of the chosen assists actually appear in the Power Battle/Fighters series; After all, I'm glad you liked this Wily
