Gear-wise Joker has a few items of interest that change his gameplay. Of these are the following
- Crowbar Crush: Gives a groundbounce effect to the end of his meterburned crowbar running move instead of making the opponent hard knockdown slide
- Side Order of Pie: Replaces the start-up of his super (the explosion of the canister) with the one from Injustice 1 (throwing a pie), the rest of it stays the same
- Surprise!: Joker replaces his clattering teeth with a explosive present. While the box launches when it explodes and is a low, its on a fairly predictable timer
- Gasser: Joker gains the ability to meterburn his forward and backward throw in order to bounce the opponent/li]
The rest augment his moves a small bit such as swapping out a gas canister with a crowbar in the special where he usual flings the former through the air (which can usually be meterburned to launch the opponent, but since shooting a crowbar doesn't make it explode the latter is a bit less useful) and a replacement to his trait parry in which he stabs the opponent with his knife instead of shocking them (again without meterburn properties, and I do not think it charges his trait meter either)
