you mean the "Asobi wa owari da" line? seems normal to me.

You might be able to dig around the internet and find a voice pack for Iori with the sounds. If you're talking about his voice, I don't notice anything unusual. I don't use KoF chars that much so I'm no expert.

If you're looking to edit sounds for your character, I recommend GoldWave. It's what I've always used over the years. It's extremely simple but you can do a lot with it.

What are the differences you're hearing?

Experiment. I don't know exactly what to do. You have to find out yourself some how.
