Wow, it's been a while since I've seen Tigre Negro...nice to see him back. Is he compatible with old Mugen ?

The tigrenegro works on all versions of Mugen! I already have scheduled an exclusive version to version RC5. But like most have not yet migrated to the new mugen. I decided not to put it. Maybe I put the provision to download the two versions. I have not decided that yet.
