By the suggestion of Just no point I decided from now on the place all future sprites
 and outlines here in this new thread I have made a few new animations, but also
 I have placed the old outlines here under spoilers to make them easy to find and use
below are Poison's,Sagat's, and Zangief's  outlines and a to do list for myself on
what I want to add to them.

Poison-
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

to do -  walk, win pose with whip, elbow drop command normal, and her last 2 special moves.

Sagat-

Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

to do- Crouching heavy kick and both his low and high step kicks

Zangief-



to do- anything related to his iron muscles V trigger

and last, but not least some new animations oddly related to none of the
characters listed above I got I WIP run animation for the tournament
fighters turtles and a more fluid kick for Garfield and yes they
were edited from TV animation I hope they will look good when
finalized.





When I get more time I gonna move my Tmnt edits here as well.

Got another Tmnt related animation this time I spliced a new animation from two animations
from the Fred wolf TV show to make this swing for Donnie as he kinda didnt have one
with his base sprites.



wow! I love The Sagat trace you did bro

Thanks glad you like them I got a few more coming after some more poison outlines
yet again.

Aperson, those outlines drawings you did for Zangief, Poison and Sagat look really nice.

(By the way, it's me, Video Viking from DKC-Atlas. Haven't seen you in a while. How are things going?)

I tried my hand at shading in the outline I did for the swing animation for Donnie
I wanted to see what people think about it seems a bit off to me on the shading to me.

To be honest? Yeah, the shading is pretty off. It just looks depthless and incomplete for most of the part. I don't know where to start, but parts like his legs and his arm just look outright flat to me.

Thanks for pointing out the flaws Motoroach I looked at the original animation to
get better detail this time hopefully it looks better now.



and a old vs new just for comparison.



I'm also working on this this Slash walk cycle for Lichtbringer I think I found a good base
its far from complete though.

Somehow that looks even worse. When I pointed out that the sprite looks flat, I wasn't talking about the lack of details. I was talking about the shading itself. You kept the same shading in here and just slapped some extra lines on top of it. The biggest issue with the shading in here is that... there's no sense of lightsource. About everything in the sprite looks pillow shaded, with just makes it bad by default.

I'm not saying this from not knowing about the sprite style either, given I was commissioned to animate sprite in that style before. Here they are, in case you are in need of reference for your work:

Drat hopefully the third times the charm. doesn't  help that this sprite
style is one of the harder ones for me to do properly I guess that just means I'll just need to work on it even harder.

it looks great the only thing i would add is maybe his fingers moving a bit when he spins his Bo.

Well I did some more work on the sprite shading yet again, hopefully it's
at least a step in the right direction.



I'm starting to think his face needs a lot of work come to think of it
I dunno looks too muppetity.
