Noticed some issues with the character. Jenngra pointed out that he has missing required hurt anims and sprites. Expect a small fix to him later on.

- the walk is super slow, to the point where there's not much use for it.
- The voice is a bit delayed. He'll throw out a jab, and then a little while later he'll go "ha"
- He turns immediately after jumping over the opponent's head, making his normals instant cross ups
- Head pos and mid pos are off
- He seems to deal seriously low damage

- He's a worm, so don't expect him to walk fast.
- I know that, gonna fix it.

Made a small update to him, expect a few small updates before the final release.
What's been updated:
- Increased walk speed to 1.6 (Thanks to BrawlTheMan for the feedback)
- Fixed head and mid pos.
- Added medium version of Uppercut special
- Fixed hit and landing sounds for Uppercut special
- Medium punches and kicks, Standing Strong Punch, and Standing Strong Kick can now be chained into specials
- Standing Strong Punch, Standing Strong Kick, and Double Punch can now be chained into hypers
- Fixed air.velocity for Standing Strong Punch (-2,-18 to -7)
- Fixed air.velocity for Aerial Strong Punch
- Updated animation ticks for Double Punch and Beatdown

He's looking pretty good. I do have some feedback for you though:

- Buff damage on Night Vision and Beatdown hypers a smidge (especially for the latter one since it has really small range)
- Where's his launcher? I swore he had it in the previous version, but for some reason it's gone now. This renders the Super Jump useless.
- Girder has very little use over normal standing Hard Punch
- Infinite on Frontflip that can also drain nearly all of the opponent's life, provided you have max power
- Standing Light Punch, Standing Light and Medium Kick, Crouching Light Punch and Kick unsafe on hit
- Girder and Jumping (at the peak of a normal jump) normals save for hard punch and kick unsafe on hit and block
- Crouching normals except for Hard Punch too unsafe on block
- Frontflip too safe on hit
- Standing Hard Punch and Frontflip too safe on block
- Double Punch too safe on hit and block
- Pistol specials whiff at point blank
- Massive ending lag on Double Nunchucks
- Misaligned hitsparks on all standing normals except Hard Kick, crouching punches, all jumping normals, all variations of the Uppercut and its punch, and Frontflip

Some minor nitpicks as well:
- The hyper portrait only shows up on the Beatdown hyper?
- RM's appearance onto the screen during Shock's helper commands seems a little abrupt
- Triple Shot looks like an EX with the flashes and all, yet it's not actually one
- Readme says Dash Kick has yet to be added, yet I can perform those attacks
