Why this char is actually executing the 5900,3 code and this one not?

So, you see this code.
It has red lines that mean that the code is not getting read.


Now you see this one, it has no red lines and it means is getting read.

This is happening to me with Homer Simpson, the MvC2 edit some guy made, and the other one is an edit by The 14th Doctor and KingOrgana.

Now what I want to know why is this Homer Simpson with their sprites changed to 1.1 do not work.
Please help.

You also have to edit the Def file to tell mugen to handle it like 1.0+. Change the
mugenversion =

Fixed. It turns out all I had to do was to fix some stuff in the cns, like it says there.
