Hey all,

I know a lot of people have been asking for the Superman himself and so we finally have some good news for you!  Thanks to the efforts of cj2fly07, we finally started to come up with concept sprites.  Check them out below!

Note that there are still some work to be done in coloring/shading and making him look less Haomaru but at least we have a base idea.  Let us know what you think and we will work on it! Thanks!

When I finish with the basic movement sprites Ill be adding the ponytail, sheathe and sideburns so the code can begin then Ill get around to adding the cape or hiko can have an intro that includes him taking off his cape......that would save some time.

The spriter you'll do something like your idea anyway.  :mlol:

2nd animation needs some fixing, but looking good so far. :)

Thanks for the tip :) and what about the second animation should i fix? if its time its timed better on the character i just slowed it down a bit so u could see the sprite.

hello, i like the work. hiko is my favorite in all rk i tink too for save time the intro with take her cloack is good, and seem cool. i want help if posible

Ermm.. well, I think you might need to redo it again, because the legs and upper body animate differently then each other. Try looking at Ryu's get hit and see how you can position the legs to animate with Haohmaru's upper body.

Thanks maybe i should re-position the bow tie cus i was going for the look of kenshin's mid hit sprite where both his head and legs go forward so if i re-position the bow forward as well it should fix the look that you are referring to. thanks for the feedback

I tried to fix it up a bit :)

You can see I tried to even out the shading on the pants because it was really messy to start with, and a bit blocky as well. Hope this helps!
