I didn't check this version you posted here, but the version you posted in your edit topic had a small issue in the command, you put an additional forward command:

[Command]
name = "Super Aerial Russian Slam"
command = ~D, DF, F, F, D, DF, F, a
time = 32

Removing it did the job here. You need to do this for all commands (including the MAX version).

Damn I didn't even know I changed that, maybe it was when I was adjusting the HCB/HCF Commands.
