Hey! I'm new around here and have a bit of a problem. For some reason, the start button refuses to work. All other keys work fine, but start won't work even if I change the config. Any ideas?
Though you can sometimes hold start while selecting a character and get alternate modes, such as Phantom.of.the.Server's Ryu; Warusaki3's CvS2 Ryu, Ken, Sakura, Kyo, Haohmaru, Kuroko, Vega, and Zangief; Vans's old Iori, Rolento's Morrigan, and many more that I really can't count.
