Hello everyone there has been a question that has been in my head recently and it's, how did y'all amazing creators started out? As a person who keeps giving up so easily when it comes to the coding, editing, and ripping of making a character I just wanna know how did y'all start out and what keeps you from not giving up to create stuff for MUGEN.

I was just a regular player around the late 2000s when a lot of what I found was either on MFG or on Mugen Infantry. Since then I sorta became involved with it, starting with palettes and going onward to stages later on. I've been in here, MFFA, Newage, Phantom G, Club Syn, and a few others. I have been witnessed to Mugen's dawning at 1.0 and 1.1, as well as a massive player for winmugen plus(Even still have some old sps on disc. EVE included). It's funny how for some characters in mugen it got me introduced to a few interesting games I never even heard of, more or less existed. Funny I was more into windom back then rather than mugen but hey life goes on :P. As far as inspiration goes, your best bet is to have a basic human instinct for mugen: A goal and a craving to complete it. Hell I gave it my all (with assistance) making Guardian Dogs Temple come to life with a parallax floor and I STILL hoped I can do better. Maybe somewhere down the road I might revisit it with better knowledge of deltas for a more immersive stage.

I have been always interested in content creation. Before Mugen, I was already quite active in the ROMs translation scene and making mods for other games such as Civilization 2. Sometimes, when taking a break from mugen, I continue developing mods for other engines, but as they tend to be NSFW, I usually keep them just for myself or distributed under another alias

I don't do the programming side sadly. I most help create content by either spriting or hiring other spriters if I find the move sets impossible to work with.

My exposure to mugen started around early 2000's. What got me really hooked was when I watched a mugen video of Sakuraka's Sailor characters. Got exposed also with Openbor for the Sailormoon beat'em ups. I guess all that watching inspired and motivated me to add new moves to existing characters. I think it was around 2009 when I someone creating an arcade style Sailor Uranus. I believe his/her name was Teothos. Sadly that was never released. So I decided to finish up on her years later.
