Some time when I try and import a .pcx and or .bmp into fighter factory. The image turns almost negative looking???? I can save it, but it just looks like that in mugen,chars,stages etc...... Can anyone help? I just can seem to fix this problem, I even tried saving a image under a different name and no matter what....Its goes to negative in fighter factory? Sometimes some chars look like that as soon as I down load them(no modifactions)??????Please help 0_o ....lol

Im sorry but I just dont understand the whole , Indexing .pcx files. Wich park of the link explains it?Thanks.

Uh mm Maybe you need to apply their pallete.
Because some characters look like that but when you apply to them their pallete, they look just right.
 ;)
