Who is the voice of the default announcer in MUGEN?

Sad, strange little man
"My God, jelly donuts are so scary."

He wasn't credited anywhere in MUGEN(if he was, please tell me where.), and a Google search came up inconclusive. Could you help me in figuring out who this mystery man is? Thanks in advance.

That's a mystery. Cause, nobody knows after Mugen was created. Like every media (in the 90's mostly) has been made and the voice actors were not been credit on the credits list.
Maybe there's too much work...

Or maybe because, back then, people are far less likely to freely share their real names for something quite minor over the Internet. It was a wild place back then and people might not want to be identified at all.

99% likely it was one of Elecbyte's original members, the problem is that we don't know anything about them.

I know the "HYPER COMBO FINISH!" sound was from MvC1, but i'm not talking about that.

^That's not a sound you'd be hearing in the default life bars though.

Well if anything, the announcer is probably the same voice actor as Kung Fu Man. If you listen to their clips, they pretty much sound the same.
