Hm, the sprites seem LR.  :-\

The fx are hi-res. you need mugenplus or better to view them properly. The sprites were also ripped at 2x scale. in normal mugen they look twice as pixelated.

I just recently downloaded the character, but it won't play on my hi-res mugen.
I think it said it needed to be updated.
