If there are any bugs and issues, please be sure to tell me who you tested it with and give me a link to the character. (Unless it's KFM. I believe you've made an error while assembling your HP animation. The first attack looks fine but the way it flows into the next attack looks odd. A.MP does more damage than A.HP.The Elf produced by D, F, D, F, Mk has red clsn. Why? All of the velocities are too small imo. Like Yzan said, you should redo the CLSNs. Zero's crouching MP has red clsns behind him for example, when they should be just in front.Hitsparks kinda clash with the other effects, like his Z Saber and the super spark. Also I like the palettes.I'll probably do more testing right now, however Mugen 1.0 lags on my computer (unless I just remove everything to make it run in WinMugen )

Yea it's pretty much my Zero, even down to the horrible CLSN boxes and special sabre transparency effects. So yea, probably would go under edits in this case.
Calling it "ZeroAnthem?" I haven't seen something like that since DJ-VAN renamed in_mp3.dll "DJ-VAN.DLL," and that's pretty much a dick move.Anyway, as far as I can tell, most of this character is just all sorts of random effects thrown into an SFF with no regard for consistency or what looks good.
