I thought this was a version of Goku being a dudebro or something.  Might be interesting to see a fusion of Broli and Goku.

Interesting concept, though it does admittedly need a bit of work. Here's a bit of feedback and some suggestions to help this character reach it's full potential.

- Energy attacks give back some meter, not too much but enough to take notice of.


-This hitbox makes absolutely no sense for the attack it uses. If it's a beam, it shouldn't only hit at the end of it, nor should it just travel like that.

- Read Me is wrong about the Kamehameha command. It's done with QCF a+b not QCFx2 y.
     - On note with the Kamehameha, don't you think 220 hits is a bit much?

- The Green Beam attack comes out a bit too sudden and instant, and just feels strange.

- The voice is not an overlay of Goku's and Broly's voice, and therefore just makes it feel a bit more like a palette swapped Goku with just some original attacks.

The first impression I got was that it was a minor spriteswap of Sammy's DBZBASE (EVERYTHING except for the .def file hasn't been renamed). After a while, I found out you can spam Down Back Y three times to deal a lot of damage (and do 105 hits). Not cheap, huh? You also recover all the power you use when doing that move, so it's like you didn't even use meter. He got slower too, during the forward and backward walk for some reason (?).

Sammy mistook the CLSN placement: he used the default CLSNs then some non-default ones, resulting in the problem shown in this screenshot:

Look at Goku, not the ki blast. Why isn't his body covered in blue? This happens in all of his attacks.
The problem is this: if you use the default CLSNs in one frame and in the next frame you use a non-default one, the default ones don't get read. So you have to think about putting other non-default CLSNs for that frame. Sammy forgot about that (or he didn't know).

At the same time, like Project.13 said, either you make it a ki blast that travels in a straight line and you resize it so it looks more like a ki ball/fireball (like the original was meant to be) or you make it so the whole beam stays in place (it comes from his hand and stays there, without moving) and you cover the entire effect with the red (and blue) CLSNs.

What's more, it is called Broku when the only different palette is the first one. The others are the ones you can find on the original release.

The CLSNs problem is still there in almost all attacks.
If you throw the ki blast when you're close to the enemy (D,F,y) you won't hit him/her/it and the ki blast will remain there. And also, why are the ki blast CLSNs flashing like that?
