Question, is Reisen's grab intentionally meant to combo off of a landing canceled aerial? I seem to be able to chain a grab off of a overhead against my opponents pretty consistently (and later tested it on Stupa's Training with the same results). Can't confirm if it works on block since I need to wait a few frames, so, it's likely a tick throw on block.

Intentional. As long as they aren't in an aerial state or suffering from block stun, throws can combo off of other attacks; the only caveat is that doing so doubles the amount of time the opponent has to tech out of the throw, indicated by a double exclamation (!!) as opposed to a single one, so it's not always as consistent as it may seem at first glance.

Just for reference, the normal tech time for her grabs should be 8f, so using it as part of a combo gives them 16f to tech out of it.

Ah, alright. I suppose I've never knew that before with Reimu or Marisa because Reisen has such a reliable aerial approach that allowed me to discover that in the first place.
