After several years of inactivity in the Mugen community, I've decided to dive back into it.  Seeing the fantastic sprite work for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden inspired me to work on characters from that, and my plans expanded when I started ripping sprites from One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum.

Admittedly, I haven't done anything Mugen related for about eight years or so, so any feedback, criticism, or suggestions would be appreciated.  There's still several things that I'd like to add, such as transformations and changing things like audio clips and attack effects depending on who the character's fighting against. (that last one would be for Sanji, though to prevent me from going insane, I'd probably just limit it to Nami, Robin, Hancock, and Android 18)

Something else I'd like to figure out how to do is creating auras around characters - aside from the DBZ characters in general, some of my characters have supports that boost attack or defense for about ten seconds, but I'm not sure how to display that sort of thing.

Ideally, I'd like to expand this to a full game, but I don't know how to make stages or screenpacks.

Enough of my rambling, here's the characters.  You can either download them in a pack or get each one individually, depending on what you prefer.

Every character has a Readme file that lists how to use their specials, along with a brief biography for people unfamiliar with them, the inspiration for their alternate palettes, and in the case of One Piece characters, a translation of their lines. (only one game has all of the characters that I plan to make, and it wasn't dubbed)

All characters have two supports, one that can be used by pressing A and X at the same time, and one that can be used by pressing B and Y at the same time.  Pressing C and Z at the same time charges special meter, though the AI tends to spam that so I need to figure out a way to get them to stop.

I've got two new characters - Raditz, from Dragon Ball, and Tony Tony Chopper, from One Piece.

CHOPPER: http://www.mediafire.com/file/dut8hmrr9entyx6/GPC-Chopper.rar
RADITZ: http://www.mediafire.com/file/saimfxlw46nr921/EB-Raditz.rar

As before, specials and biographies are listed in the character's Readme file, in their character folder.  I'll admit that with Raditz, it was a little hard to come up with his specials or supports, but I think that what I have works.  Also, I'm especially proud of how one of his palettes turned out - press Z (the default key for player one is the apostrophe key) when selecting him to see it!

While uploading these characters, I found out that my Mediafire account lists how many times each character (or the entire set) was downloaded.  Unsurprisingly, the Dragon Ball characters have been downloaded more often on average, though I was surprised to see that the top three were Young Gohan, Bardock, and Nami, in that order.
