How do you keep picture look with index pallete

I have a intro to a mugen I'm making http://www.divshare.com/download/1863802-4de
and I wanted to know how do you keep the same look of each and every picture so that it looks like a move. Beacuse when I change from rbg or (something like that) to index the picture comes out more brown and I want it to look more like the origanal picture so it will look like a move before the game starts. Also how do you do that to multiple file beacuse I have to do that to about 2810 pictures and resize them. :o

Im not sure what you mean but.
Click Shared to have sprites Share the same colors.

Or Are u trying to take sprites from another character?

NAh I'm just trying to take sprite from the origanal picture frame of the movie. when I change picture frame it look more brown or like an old mortal kombat game for snes.

You either didnt palette or It has too many colors for M.U.G.E.N. <--Im not sure about this..

I think it has too many color for mugen beacuse when I change one of the pcxes into one of mine (That were rbg) it didn't show.

I did everything correct and when I started up mugen I toke all of my ram and when I checked the sff file it was over 455 mb!

cut on the amount of frames ... seriously, there is not much to do, mugne uses pcx files and yet, it decompresses them in memory anyway.

other two options

1) youtube has poor video quality, so you can't notice low frame rate artifacts on it.

2) they coded the intros in a more complex way than a picture by picture slideshow, there are docs on how to create intros in the mugen folder, as well as a few storyboard tutorials. those explain how to achieve animation effect whitout going frame by frame, but instead using velocities to move the sprites. you can try looking at old games intros 8the ones that are not full motion video intros) like snk opr capcom games, and understand that they are composed oif moving objects that animate at a lower framerate, rather than full fledged videos.
