new mugen creator (maybe) help needed

Well i have my sprites and fighter factory ready to go but im still new to the whole coding and animations.
ive watched youtube tutorials read tutorials and im still confused so i was wondering can someone help me get started
i would like to give something to the mugen community.....characters mainly

first start by planing a move list. after it create an empty mugne folder wiht mayb only kungfuman.

are you saying like open kungfuman up in fighter factory and pick it a part.....explain please
