Really like what you did with the Red Angry Bird.  :)
Love the way you can use the Slingshot.  :thumbsup:

Some feedback (all tested in MUGEN 1.0)...

 - almost all hitsparks are misaligned
 - Slingshot should be either in front or behind Red & p2... Normal standing Red is behind the Slingshot, but some attacks put him him in front for the duration of the animation.

Good job. Keep it up.

- Fix DestroySelf Rope helper on Hyper Combination
- Add Shared Palette on her Minion
- Fix HitSpark On State 221

Red
- Fix HitSpark Position
- Fix Slingshot Position while setup
- Fix Throw Enemy Move

UPDATE

RED
- Fix AI Mighty Red
- 2nd Standing y Fix delay animation
- 2nd Statnding P2bodydist X change into Command = "holdfwd"
- (Request) Hyper Mighty Eagle (Power = 3000) added, Can only use for Once per Round (Prevent for Spamming move)
- Expand Powermax to 5000
- Sprpriority Fix

 - typo in the readme... Hyper Can Fish is done with D, DB, B, y+z, not D, DF, F , y+z
