I updated them all, the regular mugen versions ill have up soon.

Haomaru got the most done too him, changed some of his attack
commands, velocitys, damage values, combo chains.

The Strider Hiryu is the one Sean is including in the game with some updates by me.

Jyuzumaru's rising kick attacks got tweak so the enemy does not fall out of them.
bug fixes.

Strider Hien got some attack animation speeds and velocitys reduced, damage values changed

Ok, These updates are good. The hypers for hien work like they should and the others chars have some tibits fixed.

One thing though, When I played with Juzumaru and did his crouching HK and did his spinning kick special it dragged his opponent with them even though they were still down. If you can do it right, you can get a hit and they can't do anything to block it. Just so you know I was just playing around with him.

I know what it is, i put a target bind in the spinning kick moves. Ive been having that problem i thought i fixed it.
Im probaly gonna remove the target bind and adjust the ground and air velocitys so the enemy doesnt fall out the move.
I also found a bug with Strider, his D,F, x+y EX move, if you do it at chun li when she hits you with her lighting kicks he stays stuck in the animation,
i think its due to me putting a super armor code in the move. Ill have some updates soon.

Volnutt would be next, Makotos been on hold for a while with her basics ready.
At the moment ive been digging into alpha 4 learning new stuff with it, im trying to find out how
to update my chars for 1.1, i created 4 stages with zoom coded useing cybasters tool.
And im trying to make build CvTW lifebars of the KOF Nest Conclusion bars.
I will post screen shots later on that later.

red, white and blue under the life bar would be your 3 power bars.

They look like Simul Bars, the dark green in the middle gives that illusion. The layout is pretty nice thought

I dont know much about making lifebars, im learning as i go. I noticed that too, i want to change it but dont know what color i should use.  Right now im trying to figure out how to properly show the power bar charging. it shows 1 stock when i get 2, any ideas?

I dont know about gimp but in photoshop, some bevel would help.
