How do I remove stage background repeat?

It's been a long time since I touched the DEF.file of a stage. I forgot how to fix this problem whenever I make a stage. The background repeats itself at the top.

Edit: Nevermind I realized I was changing the boundhigh on the wrong DEF.file with a similar name.
