Sprites having what looks to be scan lines?

I was wondering if someone who is good at sprite work can help me out here. So I am working on this Brider and I couldnt help notice that some of his sprite groups appear to have this weird shift that looks like there are scan lines ex:



I want to get rid of this but I dont want to mess up Briders sprite work in the process and was wondering what I could do. Thanks

At first glance I thought this was caused from resizing but it is not.

This was done from editing one or both of the sprites. I would even guess they are purposefully slightly different to make the characters body appear less static during the animation.(if the two frames were originally one after the other.)

I would leave it as is, it will look fine in game.
