Mugen Screenpack Coding issue

Hello.
I want to have two different portraits of my characters in the screenpack. Like one in the select screen and other in the vs screen.
I wrote p1.spr = 9000,2 and p2.spr = 9000,2 in the system file, but nothing happens. It's still showing the 9000,1 portrait. Am I missing something?

Make your image for 9000,1 contain both pics of the character. The one for the character select screen and the one for the VS screen. Now set the coordinates for the character and vs screen pics to show which one you want. They'll be on the same image file so you need to set them up so that they will be hidden ingame when you don't want to show them. Does this make sense? Put a lot of space in between them so you won't be able to see the character select pic on the VS screen and vice versa.
