HELP WITH RESIZING!!

hi everyone i have mugen 1.0 and have ran into a problem where i my aspect is set to 0 and my resolution is 1280x720 im doing this to get rid of the black bars it does get rid of them and is stretched however the screen is way too close in the select screen,main menu and when fighting some help would be highly appreciated thanks in advance.

I know for a long while, using my old television, the button config/set up submenus were out of alignment. But if you're fighting and the screen is out of wack, you should definitely adjust your settings.
