talking about shit, lately I have diet that lacks something or too much of something giving me lack bowel movement, rarely feel the need to go to toilet, tried to eat banana last week but no result, tried spicy noodle to limited result, what other natural food that may help this?  :toilet:

drink some avocado milkshake or papaya. no ice just pure avocado and milk. you're probably eating a lot of meat you need more fiber and greens. if possible just eat meat only thrice a week. except if you work out.

yea I need more greenies, I don't eat meat, only egg, here and there some sausages, and other processed meat but nothing in excess,

maybe too much coffee and instant noodle :blank: living alone what can I do

I like avocado, and bitter papaya-leaf dish,  crunchy unripe papaya is nice too , will try to get some, I dislike ripe papaya fruit though, thanks for the ideas.

Also drink a lot of water,fiber actualyl makes things worse if you do not drink enough water.
