Wow, very nice progress!  I love the voices and sound effects.

Nice intros - idk why, but I think my favorite is the one where the crow flies off her staff lol

I see you brought the green flames into the FG for that super move, which looks much more suitable and dramatic - now I'm suggesting to do the same with the purple ground shockwave effects.  I recommend you cut the sprites in half, and make the back half anim sprpriority -5, and front half anim sprpriority 5.

The progress is great. How will the minion summon work? will it be a single attack like a march or a spawning with their own health bars and attacks?

Will be a spawning with their own health bars and attacks Like my Wesker invoke majini soldiers or my lord sauron invoke Goblins!!

did you decide how to make the goons disappear after the opponent deplets their individual health bar?

You could make that they are gone with a single hit, this can be achieved by having them throw a projectile while disappearing, that projectile's action would be how they disappear.

For individual health, a solution may be to use an integer var for each existing goon, that keeps track of the damage taken.

In that case you need them to have an animation of them getting hit. In their case it may have fixed recovery time, whenever the goon gets hit, he goes in the only gethit state he has.
