Hehe...I know the feeling, everytime I get on that train up to work I gotta blast some classic MGSI on my PSP...I'm such a junkie for that game. :P

I can't believe I totally missed out on your release, bro! Even as we were talking about random stuff over PMs during the last couple of days. ;P

I'm gonna have to get this when I get home tonight...it looks HOT!

Congrats on the release.

You included mugen in the download.  Why?   :-\

Ideally, when downloading a screenpack users should only have to download the parts that you have added/changed from the default mugen.  The best way to do this is to have everything you did organized in one folder that a user can toss in their data folder and use a batch file (or edit their own mugen.cfg) to launch.

Including plugins is nice and all, but imagine if every screenpack did this.  How many times would people be redownloading the same plugins for no reason?

I realize that your lifebars need the time to be changed to work properly, but this kind of thing could be mentioned in the release thread or in the readme.

---
Snake is included.  That's cool and all, but why is there a second copy of him in a .rar file in his folder?
That's another 7 megs that could be shaved off the download.

Also, while SeanAltly's readme is included in Snake's folder, it would have been nice to have thanked him, P.o.t.S., and Mh777 in your own readme.  Preferably with links to their sites so users could check out their other works.

Pink arrows here point out that your spacing between "Player" and the number is not consistent.
1 is farther from the word and closer to the edge than 2 is.

Red arrows show two problems.
1st and most obvious is that the fonts for 1p and 2p are different.
2nd is that the "!!!!" to represent the number of characters on the team is not placed an equal distance from the edges for both teams.

---

Green arrows point to the fact that your names are not even spaced from the edges for both sides.
2p's should be adjusted to match 1p's spacing IMO.

Red arrows show that stage selection has a good chance of covering up player names in turns mode.

Blue arrow shows that 4th player name starts to cover the small portraits of characters.

Yellow circle shows where I'd prefer to see 2p's starting position to be.  Right now you have the starting position like it is in the pic, very close to 1p's placement.

---
The "loading" transition screen takes a bit too long in my opinion.
Plus it's one big animation with only the bar moving.
You could have made the loading bar a animation by itself over the background and had them both just disappear at the same time.

---
I think the random select sound would be a bit less annoying if you slowed down the switch time a little.

---
Now for the unnecessary stuff in the SP itself.

Sprite 265,0 is a 1400x480 solid black image.  Why?
As a screenpack, unless an image is in motion you'd only ever need enough to cover the screen.
In this case 640x480.
500,1 is an 1170x480 solid black image.  Also used on the select screen for a different purpose.
6001,1 is another solid black image.  320x240 at least in this case.
And ALL of these make no sense to have because you have sprite 0,99 which is a solid black image that you tiled elsewhere in the SP (or P.o.t.S. did I should say).  You can just use that everywhere you had the others.

Sprite 8,0 and 9,0 are just from unused sprites from VR Training.  You didn't need to have them in the .sff.
Nor the coding for their animations in the system.def for that matter.

450,1 and 450,3 are the same sprite.  You don't need them both.
450,4 and 450,6 are the same sprite.  You don't need them both.

---
For the lifebars, the main thing I have to comment on is the timer font.
Since the width of the numbers varies, their placement jumps around quite a bit as it counts down.

Using a consistent width for them would make it smoother.

Oh, and the the combo counter could be set up a little better.

@Tamez Well, to be honest all what you said is great but, heck I'm not perfect bro. You could have given me credit for what was done right and not point out whats not done corectly in your opinion. It's all one sided to me, things must have balance in my opinion. All I'm getting is a one sided affair and some things could have been easily changed to your personal likes. All you did was point out, what all you could find wrong with my works. No offenses taking, I understand constructive criticism but, not pointing out faults or flaws. Tell me what can make it better not what need to be fix or not necessary. ;)

If I may come with a suggestion, you should have a version with an "infinite" character selection, simhilair to that for MUGEN BATTLE COLISEUM,

I have an idea on what it could look like, it could look like the mode select menu from the Special VR Mission Extra disc.

Just an idea, but perhaps it is a good one. :)

Well after talking with Cynide I thought about actually what was pointed out and previous feedback. Feedback that Tamez did give out, no skin off my nose and I will make the necessary corrections. I will post a new patch for the sff. file. Also, post the new fonts for the lifebars, thanks to NG3o for pointing out the minor error on them, as well. I just have my guard up because in the past, people would get on the band wagon for BS.  So yeah it's all good on my part, eazy operation. Thanks for all suggestions and corrections.
