Ah, good to see that study was useful for you.

Also, it seems I have to correct myself from earlier regarding the possibility of a proper palette alteration. I had not properly tested what would happen if I matched up the shade count between the purple and white shades till now...

sorry about that image it was working when I first checked. I hope it helped.
You might want to make her knees bigger. From the image I posted it looks like the hulk state has larger bones.

i take it the adapting the palettes to the steamboy style mean that the new direction you are taking look wise?

Aside from having to further study how CPS2 era anatomy and color distribution was handled, it would make detailing easier to some extent. Looks like I'll be making that CPS2 era study after all, if for no other reason than for research purposes.

Interesting. Steamboy's sprite as a base is more pixels to deal with, but the cps2's "cartoon" look and lower sprite count could be a life saver. Intrest and time wise that is. I'm not very fluent in CPS2 sprites, so I'll definitly watch this projects progress.
Spriting is hard.
