There is something odd there, dont know if its her head too small or her hand to big, mostly I think its her hand and arm, arm should be longer and hand a bit smaller.

Another test, CVS Sailor Venus. Didn't like the (viewer's) left arm and the hair, but couldn't do any better. lol
Not bad at all. These are pretty good attempts, Deathscythe. All you need is little more practice, but you're on the right track.
