Is there a way for a character to ignore another player's superpause?

You can create a helper that can ignore yourselves superpause
but I my partner(3P or 4P) chould do so?
I hope I could do a superpause but I and my partner is still moving...?

Afaik, it's not possible by normal means. Helpers are part of the player, so they can move during a superpause. A partner cannot sadly, since they're not part of the player.
