Norcal Install run Catherine tournaments either weekly or fortnightly on Finest KO.  They also do Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, Melty Blood and the odd Arcana Heart.

Somewhat pissed off now, Stream went laggy and unwatchable for me and I missed rog coming back from a 2 game deficit.

Oh well, Novril, Queeringaids or MrpavySRK will probably have that last match up on their channel.
