It can be hard to get motivated. I know that challenge. I needed a 2 year refresh. It feels like it never ends. Especially with all the ridiculous amount of tweaking that you have to do. I play my game and see the holes I have left to fill and that gets me going. Plus I try to start a project that I'm really interested in. Gouki was a good example of this for me. :) May finish the characters you have left and then step away for a bit to refresh and come back to finish off your screenpack. My screenpack is ugly compared to some out there, but I didn't want to spend too much time on it. Just prioritize what you want to do. It's your time after all. ;)

I'm probably going to finish up this alpha and go on break for a year or so. Just till things calm down around here

So plans have changed again. There is good news, bad news, worse news, and iffy news. First off... Bad?

They are slashing hours at work and keeping our crew light. Meaning I'll be either totally drained after work, but I'm told that most people are sticking to the normal hours. I'm on assignment in another store and I'm working 11 hour days till that project is over.

The good news? I'm building up a lot of OT to raise the money needed to look into getting my own house and moving back to my home state. If all goes well, I think I can make this work out.

The iffy news:
-I'm waiting on my transfer to be approved and I'll likely move shortly afterwards if possible. In the meantime, my time will be extremely limited and progress on this project will completely stop for a couple months. I'm hoping to have this project finished by the end of the year in some form. Even if it is only half of what I wanted.

Other iffy news: as this is a fan concept of a Capcom game, there will be an expansion later. I'm tempted to just go ahead and rename this project to Super Capcom Fighting Jam since this will be downscaling. The new goal is to get everyone from the original CFJ in the final roster.
