xnaMugen Palette TestxnaMugen Palette Test 2I created a quick test to better understand why some people have palettization errors with xnaMugen. If you have such errors, please download & run this program. It should should the exact same image below. If it doesn't, please post a picture of what is does draw with the graphics card of you computer. If the program crashes, please post the error message. Thank you.Test 1Test 2
Although I never had any issue with xnaMugen, I did this test anyways. Both test 1 & 2 work perfect with a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
I think that color in the corner is what is fucking up the colors (like in JZ's Felicia).Spoiler: I got the squares yay (click to see content)
ATI radeon 9600. I haven't gone over my picture with a fine tooth comb. I should have checked. Edit: Nope, no wierd duplication on mine.
Both crash for me. I have two 8600GT in SLI, X2 5600, .NET 3.5, etc. Get prompted to send Microsoft an error report.Didn't have the XNA redistributable. There ought to be a simple library call to detect that.
Tested on a laptop (not the computer I normally test XNA stuff on).Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyTest 1Test 2Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family Hopefully this is a step toward removing the pixel shader requirement.
