1280x720 patch for ExShadow's MvC2 Lifebars

I've managed to make 1280x720 patches for the MvC2 Lifebars made by ExShadow.

There are 2 versions of this.

Version 1: http://www.mediafire.com/download/18r0icrsshx9bgb

This is patched to fit 1280x720 without changing major stuff.

Version 2: http://www.mediafire.com/download/bsw85f35dauh5uh

This patch has a new fight.sff with a different simul lifebar that I've managed to put together in Photoshop. Took several tries to get it right. It also comes with the 640x480 version.

I have to figure how to fix the Combo counter for P2 because it uses the same elements as P1 such as moving right to show the counter and moving left to leave when it's suppose to be vice-versa direction-wise.

Version 2 has the 640x480 patch of the new simul bars inside the .zip
