Trying something out for our CVS3 lifebars and new look select screen

Iv managed to incorporate a stun/guard system, score/results system & tag team into our lifebars, what do you guys think?. There are still a few things i may need to go over but it works. You will need to patch your characters for them to use the system and tag and also you need to remove the statedef 120 to 155 (guard states)which is in the characters .cns file as the guard states are also coded in the common1.cns file which the characters use instead. A big thanks to Tatsu for helping me out with coding this.

I cant wait to test Yamazaki in this! Awesome job man. Now were are going to have a grading system just like cvs did. Nice!

I ... rarely ... feel anything inside my pants for Mahvel-like content, but I gotta say - THIS LOOKS GOOD!

All the subsystems in place look very polished. The red-blinking for near-guard-crush looks good. The Tag Team stuff too. Everything looks very nice.

Everything looks like it's been coded in perfectly! I can't wait to try this out,

just a few basic questions

will it work for characters from winmugen-1.1?

also, will we be able to control both characters using tag like maybe even using the ctrl 2(or is it 3?) method? I saw it said cp level 8(i think that's what it said) on both sides of the video

I was gonna ask if it would've been possible to use all of this with different lifebars but i see it's not, which is okay with me I actually really like the bars :)

Im not sure i will have to try and patch a winmugen character and test it out, yeah the ctrl 3 and 4 thing works, in arcade and watch mode it shows what level you have set the ai at. At the moment everything is coded in both fight.sff and fightfx.sff so not sure about different lifebars yet im still learning lol

ah, yeah if it's in the fight.sff then it won't work for other lifebars ~ but that's alright, I'm perfectly fine with using the cvs3 ones haha,

and showing the level is pretty cool. I'll definitely have a lot of fun with this.

Thinking of adding the intro to this stage to all the rest of the other stages, what do you guys think?

cool thanks, i think i might try and incorporate this in to the lifebars instead so you wont have to keep adding it to the stages.But the only thing is i think sometimes the characters intro`s dissable the lifebars on screen so it wont show the tv`s properly thats why i think its best to add it to stages
