Ok so decided to edit this posts instead of making a new one because these older lifebars are LAME
So here's the newer bars i made
Single Player
Simultaneous, i have a problem as in the damage won't show up on the green bars. So it just goes black when damaged instead of red, need to fix that
Team Match. Added boxes for the mini portraits and KO'd symbols
What i need to do: 3rd and 4th player damage indicator
Fix the ranges (its usable but not pixel perfect)and Make the portrait boxes bigger

Edit: I'm a complete idiot, never realized player 2's power meter comes in from the left side and not the right side
So after much browsing i realized there really aren't any "simple" lifebars for 640x480 resolution. By simple i mean, no power bar on the bottom of the screen, nothing too big, or nothing with custom portraits.
So heres my little attempt at making one

Heres what the empty side of the power bar looks like
Team Match and Simultaneous. As you can see team match looks...lame and Simul looks much better. Bars are now diff color so they're easier to tell apart
And heres what the win icon looks like, better but not too proud of it. Oh well i hope i helped those lurkers who only come here digging for goodies...kind of like i used to be
