SEPTEMBER 5th, 2011: JMORPHMAN RELEASES AN UPDATE OF HIS VERY FIRST CHARACTER, JOE HIGASHI, FOR THE LAST TIME.

SINCE THEN, JOE HAS SAT AND LANGUISHED, RIDDLED WITH BUGS AND UNFINISHED CHANGES. WAITING, WAITING, AND WAITING FOR SALVATION. DESPITE COUNTLESS ASSURANCES AND PROMISES, JMORPHMAN NEVER RETURNED TO PROVIDE JOE WITH MUCH NEEDED UPDATES...

Jmorphman presents: Rebuild of Joevangelion 1.0: You Can (Not) Pull Down Your Pants

Joe has been totally overhauled: he's been entirely recoded, and now his color separation has been vastly expanded thanks to Shao_kun! Other things of note in this update are some beautiful new hurricane/Tiger Kick effects courtesy of Froz, and the implementation of the EXPLODsive Buffering system. A complete change log is provided in the character.

updated, nothing major, but I can't find anything else to fix/change so I might as well push an update out.

 - Double Cyclone hitbox slightly increased.
 - added intro vs M206 Sagat
 - Buffering system adjusted to make half-circle motions easier (inputs that skip some or all diagonals are now allowed)

King has also been updated.

 - Added the EXPLODsive Buffering system, by me and JustNoPoint
 - The second Double Strike projectile can juggle from the first projectile.
 - Changed Phantom Strike behavior to better match KOF: opponent stays locked in place for the initial hits, then is knocked away when
   hit by the final projectile. Projectiles can also juggle off one another to a limited extent (all projectiles are capable of
   juggling from one another, but the opponent is unlikely to be hit by more than 2 to 3 due to their HitVels)
 - minor get hit AnimType changes

I'm really stocked to try him out, thank you man, the amount of dedication you put in your releases is insane, the buffer system, your chars, everything. You have helped me with everything I've asked you as well.

:???: The only thing that's been changed command-wise is that it's now possible to perform TNT Punch by doing HCB+punch, in addition to the normal method (mashing punch).

Sure! Just send me the details via PM or something. I think we should modify the animation timing a little, though: it looks a bit too fast to me.
