Waitaminute. Isn't Slayer's AC stage in 2.5d? Maybe he took the Slash version and gave it AC colors.

Colony needs a little more work.  The signs should use the 'blackjack' trick (looks normal until fighter passes by and then turns transparent).  Also, the ghost transitioning fx on the right side of the stage needs a lot of work.

As for Castle:
Waitaminute. Isn't Slayer's AC stage in 2.5d?

I dunno where you got the 2.5d idea from, but no.  The whole stage is 2D.  The floor is parallax.

This stage conversion however has the wrong floor delta and is not parallax.  The characters slide.  It seems like the author was going to implement parallax but never did and left the old delta in there.  I would wait until a revision to download this.

Considering the past releases, I was expecting better.

Sorry, I consider parallax as 2.5D. Also, in AC, the far right of the stage has a black area that fills in or removes itself when the camera is about to stop at the far right, so I was just wondering, since it kinda' had a 3D feel to me.

This is a (temporary) parallax fix for GGXXAC Slayer's Castle Stage:
(probably not pixel perfect compared to the original, but now makes the stage playable)

I assumed the author wanted the top of the floor graphic to have an x-delta of 1.19:
