Well Im trying to make a normal platform..Not on a Stage, on a char more likely..So it can be played on any Stage and codders can be able to code it... I Though about helpers with hitDefs that get u into state 0 (stand).. But I dont really think its good that way..since It cannot even fall there...So no point..If someone can give me some help here would be appreciated :)

You could, but it would be tough.  You'd have to have a throw for every action that a standard character does when its pos y > 0, meaning you have to simulate landing from jumps, from falling (into a couple of different "hitting the ground" states, depending on which state they're already in), including taking fall damage.  And lots of characters have special state controllers in special states that depend on the trigger pos y > 0, so those will never work quite right either.  But you could do it, especially in a full game where those characters with special state controllers won't be able to participate.
