It's technically a possibility, but there's something like 0.01% it's that.Why ? Because nobody has the source-code for Mugen. The hacks made it possible to have as much characters as we want, fix bugs about random for stages, and recently adding HR for stages and select screens.But all these changes don't mean actually adding triggers or the Mugen coding system.Adding a 3-1 mode would be almost impossible if you don't have the source code.
