This is my own personal Mugen. While it may not fit the criteria of a full fledged mugen game I feel it has enough edited content to warrent sharing with the mugen community. The purpose of releasing this fullgame is to perhaps let people revisit characters very well known throughout the mugen world from a slightly different perspective, as well as introduce new mugenites to the possibilities of what a personaly Mugen game can look and feel like with little to know coding knowlege and a little dedication. While a very minimal amount of content in this game is my own, I can only express that all credit for the original content this game uses is solely that of the original creators. This readme has a credits section located at the bottom of the document that goes into more detail about the content used.

The CMS Mugen game is a COMPILATION of characters from various artists all of which have been slightly edited. The degree to which the characters have been edited vary from creation to creation. The characters have been edited to reflect a unified fighting model.
The game uses 42 playable characters that have been split into 2 catagories:The EX catagory and CC catagory. All subsystems for all characters are the same with the exception of the catagory specific subsystem. EX characters have access to EX moves and CC characters have Access to custom combo.
Unified subsystems include:
-Parry
-Dodge
-Air Guard (limited)
-Alpha counter
-Power Charge
-Variable Jump (Low Jump/High Jump)
-Recover
The method to excute subsystems is detailed in the "System" file in the Movelist and System folder included in the download.
The Resources folder includes drivers for xbox 360 controllers toold to read pdf files and the lifebars used in this game.
<<<Known Issues>>>
The first and biggest known issue is that most of the content only has minimal editing. I will update in the future with more drastic changes. The most obvious aspect of this issue is the inconsistant visual presentation between the characters from different authors.
The other inconsistancy is with all the characters gameplay. While the subsystem has been mostly ironed out, the nuances regarding things like move priority, comboability, and physics have yet to be standardized. I plan 2 major updates and this will be resolved by the second one.
The movelist is not 100% accurate. The first update will see this resolved as I will not only have corrected the movelist for all characters but also have movelists for all hidden characters as well.
"Some commands have been changed. M.Bison WTF!" I was trying to have a unified gameplay model and for some reason that meant changing Bisons commands to what they are now. I lost sight of what I was trying to do and will correct them next update. As for the other characters. There is a semi reliable movelist to go to. Relearning is half the fun.
