Newbie here, I thought I'd share this edit of Shimon's Centaurman I made, this edit fights nothing like he did in the game, Megaman: The Power Battle 2, instead he is almost an entirely new character with a few new moves and links. His AI can be a bit spammy sometimes and his moves can be pretty cheap since he does use a long staff most of the time. I don't know whether or not I am going to update him anymore, but if I do, I'll update the link as well. 
Changes:
-Can now Run
-Can now Backstep
-Can now Crouch
-New and redone normal moves
-Normals now can link into each other
-Has an actual super move
-New AI code
-3 new special moves
-New palletes

Update:
-Added a new super
-Modified a few of his moves to be less cheap
-Modified some lines of his AI
-Added a few more palletes
