RotSprite keeps crashing in Windows 8.1

What's actually weird about it is that it worked the first time on my laptop. But afterwards (even after redownloading the 7z file) it only crashes after I insert any image as the input file. I tried to run it for previous versions of windows, but it still crashes.

I thought an image of 500x600 pixels was causing the problem, but I tried to use other images (An average sprite size, like 107x124) and I still get the same results.
